The Bonito 900 Centre Console the newest model to hit the water in 2025 for Bonito Boats. The 900 CC is the pinnacle of Australian Built Sport Fishing Centre Consoles. The Bonito 900 Hull has an amazing offshore racing heritage which gives this hull the ability to travel offshore in comfort at high cruise speeds with its soft dry ride, enabling you to travel to your favourite remote fishing spot in record time. The Bonito 900 CC like all Bonitos is constructed with a Fibreglass structual stringer system, composite floors and transom, and foam filling of voids under the floor. The Bonito 900 is also customisable to your fishing and boating needs.

Bonito 760 Big Ram and Centre Console
In 2024 the Bonito Boats launched the is the 760 (25ft) Centre Console. The 760 CC is the ultimate in Australian Sports Fishing centre console. The 760 hull has an amazing racing heritage, which gives this hull the ability to travel a lot of Km at a high speed which is awesome for those long distance trips to the reef. The Bonito 760 has a walkthrough transom, large live bait tanks, ultra long range fuel tanks 600+ Litres 400+ Hp Rated and will be trailerable with a boat motor trailer package weight under 3.5 tones

Bonito 660
The Bonito 660 comes from a long line of incredible high performance offshore racing and fishing boats. The 660 is one of the softest riding offshore fishing machines available. The 660 has a deadrise of 53 degrees at the bow and 25 degrees at the transom. Same as the 500 & 560 the 660 is customisable to you and how you fish. With fuel tank capacities ranging from 360L to upwards of 550L+, through hull transducers, underfloor fresh water tanks, side pockets, bait tanks, bait boards, targa and t -tops etc.
The 660 Big Ram is the first half cabin available from Bonito and has a fantastic fishing cockpit to fish 4 people and amazing cabin which is 2.4m long which makes overnighters easy. The Big Ram is avaiable with both a clear windscreen and fibreglass wavebreaker.
The 660 Centre Console has all the great features of the smaller Bonito models such as recessed bait tanks, recessed cleats, recessed bow roller and anchor well and large console with the ability to flush mount twin 16 inch screens all of which making for a seamless boating experience.
The Bonito 660 is also available with the XT Performance Pack. The XT Performace Pack upgrades the HP rating from 300HP to 400HP. The XT performance pack allows for higher top and cruise speeds. to increase the HP rating we strategically laminate additional strucutal fibreglass on the base of the hull below the waterline, in the transom in the hull sides and in the stringers system.

The Bonito 620 is the perfect upgrade for fisherman that want to step into a larger more serious offshore fishing machine. The Bonito 620 Is available in both centre console and express with Wave Breaker. The Bonito 580 Hull is based off our larger 620CC, so you know the performance of this hull is going to be fantastic. The 580CC fits right in between our very popular 560 & 620 models. Whether you are downsizing from a larger boat or wanting to step into your first offshore boat this is the boat for you. The Bonito 560 also comes in the same configurations as the Bontio 500, centre console, side console, and tiller steer. Slightly larger than the 500, the 560 has a shallow draft enabling navigation of small creeks like the 500 chasing crabs and prawns, but with its additonal waterline length is a more at home in the bay and offshore chasing pelagics. The Bonito 560 is fully customisable to you and how you fish, with options such as; large and small cast platforms, through hull transducers, electric motor mounts, internal side pockets, under gunwale rod storage, leaning posts, live bait tanks, unfloor water fresh water tanks 150L to 300L underfloor fuel tanks etc. The Bonito 560 is also able to transform from a sports fishing machine into a family boat with the addition of a T - top, split and folding rear lounge and front console seat. The Bonito 560 is constructed incredibly tough, with the laminate consisting of woven rovings, double bias knitted cloths, fibreglass stringer system, full composite construction and foam filled underfloor compartments, making it an extremely safe boating experience.
The Bonito 560 is available with the XT performance pack. The XT performace pack upgrades the power from 150HP to 200HP. The additional power is an absolute thrill to experience and allows for considerably higher top speeds and cruise speeds with amazing fuel economy.

The Bonito 500 is the perfect boat for trips up estuaries chasing crabs, prawning trips out in the bay and venturing offshore when the weather permits.
